Mr. Radifar is computational chemist, software engineer, and full stack developer. He conducts research in the area of Computer-Aided Drug Discovery and Computer-Aided Drug Formulation utilizing such methods as molecular dynamics, molecular docking, cheminformatics, and homology modeling. Muhammad also specializes in the development of Web-based computational chemistry pipeline apps. His ultimate goal is to develop tools that could aid Enzyme Design (binding pocket database, binding pocket topology/similarity searching, machine learning for enzyme optimization).
