Dr. Mokshyna is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Molecular and Translational Medicine in Czech Republic, where she conducts molecular dynamics and docking studies of various ligand-protein complexes for anticancer drug research. Before that she worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Strasbourg in France and as a Junior Researcher at the Molecular structure and Chemoinformatics Department, O.V. Bogatsky Physico-Chemical Institute in Ukraine.

Dr. Mokshyna is skilled in molecular dynamics, pharmacophore analysis, QSAR/QSPR modeling, machine learning techniques, and techniques for quality assessment of physicochemical and toxicological data for nanoparticles. She actively uses various programming languages to solve research problems (such as R, Python, Java Core, C, SQL, bash). She received multiple awards and scholarships, including French Society on Chemoinformatics Scholarship, best poster award on Kazan Summer School on Chemoinformatics, Grand Prize on Competition of Young Scientists-Chemists of South Region of Ukraine, and first team place at the 3rd Advanced in silico Drug Design workshop/hakathon in Czech Republic).
