Ms. Shahana Malik conducts research in fields of proteomics and metabolomics. Earlier, she worked as a researcher in Genomic and Bioinformatics Lab (IBGE) at University of Agriculture Peshawar, where she has trained interns and worked on various projects, including "In silico analysis of regulatory proteins in plants' tricarboxylic acid cycle" and "Comparative docking studies of Yellow Fever envelope protein".

Shahana has completed a number of internships and workshops, is skilled at molecular modeling (using tools as MOE, Modeller, BLAST, Chimera, etc.), and has an experience working in wet lab (genotyping, serotyping, protein expression, etc).
