Publons Academy Our faculty guide early-career members though the completion of free peer review training course on Publons Academy platform. Writing Buddy Writing Buddy is an accountability program that aims to support our members in their writing routines. My (virtual) Lab My (virtual) Lab is a structured 6-month program that offers affiliates an opportunity to try themselves in a role a of research or/and career mentor. PICompS Researcher PICompS affiliates are encouraged to collaborate with fellow members on research projects if there is a mutual interest. Small research tasks are always available for the range of topics. PALS Postdoc Academy Learning Session (PALS) is the in-person component of the NIH-funded Postdoc Academy. Executive Coaching PICompS offers individual coaching for members looking to develop executive-level skills, make a career transition, or improve their research performance.
